Privacy policy

1. Website and qualification form

The qualification form collects whether you have a Stripe account, its status, its lifetime transaction volume range, and your chosen contact channel. On a qualifying submission, these answers are sent to the Google Apps Script / Google Sheets enquiry system also used for Frontier Ads, marked as a VanguardAdSystems Stripe enquiry. The submission also includes a generated enquiry ID, page address, referrer, campaign parameters, browser language, device information, and time spent on the page and form. We use this information to assess and respond to enquiries and understand campaign performance. We do not request Stripe credentials or customer payment information.

Advertising measurement

With your permission, Meta Pixel measures page views and qualifying lead submissions using the same advertising pixels as Frontier Ads. Meta may receive page and event information, IP address, browser/device information, and cookie identifiers under its own privacy policy. The form’s account status and transaction-volume answers are not included in our Meta Lead event. You may accept or reject advertising cookies, and change your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Rejecting does not prevent you from using the form. Your preference is stored locally.

The hosting provider processes ordinary request data to deliver and secure the site. Google processes enquiry data as the form storage provider. Telegram or WhatsApp receives information when you choose to open and use that service.

Contact widget

The contact widget lets you choose Telegram or WhatsApp to talk directly to Alexis. It does not collect a message or contact details on this website, submit data to our enquiry sheet, or trigger a qualifying Meta Lead event. WhatsApp opens with a suggested message that you can edit before sending. Your chosen messaging service receives information when you open and use it.

2. When you message us

If you choose to contact Alexis on Telegram or WhatsApp, your profile or phone information and the messages you send are available to the recipient. This may include your contact details, account status, and approximate processing volume. Please share only information needed for an initial discussion. Do not send passwords, security codes, secret API keys, customer payment details, or identity documents.

3. How information is used

Information you provide is used to respond to your enquiry, assess potential eligibility, discuss a proposed partnership, and maintain relevant correspondence. Where applicable, this is based on steps you request before entering a contract or legitimate interests in responding to and securing business enquiries. Any further onboarding data collection requires additional information about its purpose and handling.

4. Sharing and external services

Messages are handled through your chosen messaging service and may be processed in countries outside your own under that service’s policies. Website request data is handled by the hosting provider. Information may also be disclosed where legally required. Advertising measurement is described above. We do not sell enquiry information.

5. Retention and security

Enquiry information should be retained only as needed to handle the discussion, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. No fixed retention period is represented here. Google, Meta, Telegram, WhatsApp, and hosting-provider retention are subject to their own policies. No internet communication can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your choices and rights

You may stop contacting us at any time. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to complain to your data protection authority. Send privacy requests to @alexisf1 on Telegram. Rights may be subject to legal exceptions and identity verification.

7. Contact and updates

Alexis is the contact for website privacy questions. The legal entity responsible for any proposed partnership and its onboarding data must be disclosed before onboarding. This notice may be updated if the website or data handling changes.
