Terms & conditions
Last updated: October 23, 2026
These terms cover use of this website and initial partnership enquiries. A separate written agreement is required before any partnership begins.
1. Eligibility and review
Accounts must have processed at least $200,000 in lifetime transaction volume to be considered. Active, paused, and restricted accounts may be submitted for review. Meeting the threshold does not guarantee acceptance, reinstatement, processing capability, or revenue. Restricted or paused processing cannot resume unless permitted by Stripe.
2. Partnership scope
The proposed offer is not an e-commerce arrangement. The specific product or service, customer transactions, merchant responsibilities, permitted account access, and operating process must be disclosed and agreed in writing before activity starts. No account may be used to conceal the actual merchant, bypass restrictions, or process activity that Stripe does not permit.
3. Ownership, visibility, and stopping
You retain ownership of your account and oversight of the agreed activity. You may stop new partnership activity at any time. Stopping does not cancel obligations already incurred, such as refunds, disputes, fees, taxes, or settlement duties. The written agreement must specify access, reporting, revocation, and how outstanding matters are resolved.
4. Revenue share
The proposed account-owner share is up to 70% of agreed partnership revenue. The definition of eligible revenue, deductions, fees, refunds, chargebacks, reserves, taxes, timing, and the allocation of liabilities must be confirmed in the written agreement. No earnings level or payment volume is promised.
Timing and payout options
Our setup target is under 24 hours after approval and agreement on the operating setup. It is not a guarantee of processing approval, earnings, or settlement within 24 hours. Payouts and results become visible as activity is recorded; settlement depends on the agreed schedule and processor availability. USDT payouts may be agreed separately, including network, wallet verification, fees, and applicable requirements.
5. Your information and account security
Provide accurate information and only enquire about an account you are authorised to represent. Do not send passwords, two-factor authentication codes, API secret keys, customer card data, or identity documents through an initial Telegram or WhatsApp enquiry.
6. Independent services
Stripe’s terms and decisions remain applicable. This website is not operated, sponsored, or endorsed by Stripe, Facebook, or Meta. Telegram and WhatsApp are independent communication services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
7. Website information and changes
Website information may be updated as the offer develops. This website does not itself create a partnership, provide payment services, or replace a signed agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Contact
For questions about this website or these terms, contact Alexis on Telegram (@alexisf1). The contracting legal entity, address, governing law, and commercial terms must be identified in the written agreement before you join.
